GOH MOH TENG  

1. Do you ever listen to English when you're out of school?  Yes (when I'm driving, I listen to 107.5 Flyfm,98.3  Mix, 105.9 Lite. Do you know, I only listen to radio when I'm in my car, believe it or not?)

2. Do you know the alphabet? Can you spell your name in English?  Yes

3. Do you check words in a dictionary or wordlist?  Yes (I have dictionary apps in my mobile phone, I don't use any hardcopy dictionary any more, they are dinosaurs, for me)

4. Do you repeat a new word if you want to learn it?  Yes (even my students' names too, I have to repeat at least 10 times , in order to remember my students' names, How pity am I...)

5. Do you ever practise your pronunciation?  Yes ( I practise speaking English for almost 50 years, try to speak like a native speaker, it's a long way to go. Belajar lah, sayang, sehingga ke liang lahat, ke Negeri China !)

6. Do you revise before an exam?  Yes, (when I was in school , long long time ago. But nowadays, it seems no Exam for me, counting my days for retirement. I think the only exam I have to face now is the quality of life, my health, my family and surely, my students' achievement too)

7. Do you ask questions when you don't understand?  Yes (Nowadays, I ask Mr Google, Nowadays, I am asking ChatGPT, the Ai apps, it seems Ai knows everything, they even know how to write essays, love letters, compose poems, tell stories...Ai learns faster than you and me, welcome to the future, my friends)

8. Do you usually concentrate when you do your homework?  Yes (Provided, my wife is not around me, and my colleagues, my friends who like to joke are not around me)

9. Do you make notes about grammar or new vocabulary in your notebook?  Yes (I make notes in Google Keeps apps, it is the best apps for keeping notes, for me, I even can save my snapped pictures, recorded voice, web-links and they are there for me , any time, any place at my finger-tip, It means I can search and retrieve them in the future, in split second)

10.Do you ever read books, articles or comics in English?  Yes (All the time, but no more hardcopy book, I read articles which I saved in in my apps, called 'Pocket', and I surf Tiktok, Youtube and Xiaohongshu before I fall asleep every night, It seems, nowadays, I can't live without them !)
