Apa bezanya ‘Learning Objective ’ dan ‘Success Criteria’? , Impact and Reflections?

APA BEZANYA

‘Objective Learning’ dan ‘Success Criteria’?

Apabila ingin menulis tentang objektif, guru perlu menyoal, “Apa?”. Contohnya, “Apa yang akan murid pelajari?”. Maka penulisan objektif akan menunjukkan isi pembelajaran yang hendak disampaikan.

Bagi penulisan kriteria kejayaan pula, ajukan persoalan melalui kata tanya “bagaimana?”. Melalui kriteria kejayaan, murid dan guru akan dapat mengetahui bagaimanakah bentuk pencapaian yang perlu dicapai oleh murid, berpandukan objektif pembelajaran tadi. Contohnya, “Bagaimanakah percapaian yang boleh dikatakan mereka berjaya?”.

Apakah itu objektif pembelajaran?

Objektif pembelajaran ialah pernyataan yang menerangkan apa yang ingin dan perlu dicapai oleh murid pada akhir pembelajaran. Kemahiran apa, topik apa, dari bahan apa, berapa banyak soalan atau latihan yang akan dinilai sebagai kayu ukur dan bagaimana kemahiran itu dapat dinilai secara zahir.

Apakah itu kriteria kejayaan?

Kriteria kejayaan aialah elemen-elemen kecil daripada objektif pembelajaran.

Contoh:

Objektif pembelajaran:

Pada akhir pembelajaran, murid boleh menulis 5 ayat majmuk untuk menerangkan gambarajah yang diberi.

Kriteria kejayaan:

1. Murid boleh mengenal jenis kategori dan elemen dalam gambar rajah yang diberi.

2. Murid menguasai jenis-jenis kata majmuk.

3. Murid boleh menulis ayat yang gramatis dan menghasilkan ayat majmuk

OBJEKTIF:

1. Menulis 1 perenggan isi karangan aktiviti sukan lasak dengan ayat yang gramatis.

KRITERIA KEJAYAAN:

1. Membentangkan 4 isi berserta 1 huraian dalam kumpulan.

2. Menghasilkan 1 perenggan isi dengan 5 ayat yang lengkap.

OBJEKTIF:

Murid dapat menghuraikan 3 contoh makanan berdasarkan kepentingannya dengan betul.

KRITERIA KEJAYAAN:

1. Membentangkan 3 contoh makanan mengikut pengelasan kepentingannya.

2. Menjawab sekurang-kurangnya 5 soalan kuiz dengan betul.

(5). REFLEKSI vs IMPAK

REFLEKSI atau IMPAK perlu ditulis setelah berakhirnya satu-satu PdPc.

IMPAK merupakan SEBAHAGIAN daripada REFLEKSI.

PERSAMAAN refleksi dengan impak ialah kedua-duanya mencatatkan:

i. JUMLAH/BILANGAN murid dan BUKAN PERATUSAN murid ya5ng mencapai objektif dan yang tidak mencapai objektif.

ii. TINDAKAN yang akan dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi masalah pembelajaran murid.

PERBEZAAN refleksi dengan impak ialah refleksi mencatatkan PENAMBAHBAIKAN yang akan dibuat dalam PdPc akan datang.

CONTOH IMPAK

23/26 orang mencapai semua objektif manakala 3/26 tidak mencapai objektif yang kedua dan telah diberikan latihan pemulihan dan akan dibimbing lagi dalam PdPc penulisan karangan akan datang.

CONTOH REFLEKSI

23/26 orang mencapai semua objektif manakala 3/26 tidak mencapai objektif yang kedua dan telah diberikan latihan pemulihan dan akan dibimbing lagi dalam PdPc penulisan karangan akan datang. LPG akan dipermudah untuk kelas akan datang.
